Meet our runner Max Brown!
“Firstly I am over the moon to be running the London Marathon for such a brilliant organisation. I was lucky enough to live in East Africa for a year in 2017/18 and although I sadly didn’t get the chance to make it to Zambia I wish I had. Travelling through Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Malawi whilst working for a number of NGO’s gave me a chance to experience the breadth and importance of biodiversity across these countries. To have a chance to fundraise for such an important issue is something I am really looking forward to. I am now based in Bristol, where I co-run a pasta start up called RaviOllie, that pride itself on its sustainable ethos. This opportunity seems the perfect chance to hold our first RaviOllie Supper Club in order to raise funds for Kasanka. I am really looking forward to pushing myself through this challenge in order to raise as much as I physically can for such a wonderful cause! So thank you again for giving me this opportunity. Max”
